       Sub:   INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS – CELL PHONES ARE STRICTLY BANNED

All the students are hereby informed that Cell phones are strictly banned in the campus. However, it is observed that some of the students are bringing cell phones into the campus. Therefore it is decided to collect NSS fund for the Department from the students who are violating the rules as given below

Caught with cell phone for 1^st time                               1000=00

Caught with cell phone for 2^nd time                              3000=00

Caught with cell phone for 3^rd time                              Seizing of cell phone

Note:

1. Phones will be returned back only after 15 days from the date of seizing the same after collecting the NSS fund as per norms.

All the faculties are requested to observe and seize the cell phone if found with students and hand it over to the Dean (Student Affairs).
